Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member in Reno, NV. This on-site role involves standing, lifting, and handling cremation processes with care, joining a compassionate team that supports veterinary partners and pet families.

No prior industry experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The position offers full-time hours on Tue-Sat, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups from vet clinics, animal hospitals, and/or pet parent homes using a company vehicle.

Location: West Coast Pet Memorial-Reno, NV Compensation:$20-$21 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:Full-Time; Tues-Sat 8:30am-5pm; 40hrs per week minimum
