Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member to support pet aftercare services at our care centers in California. No prior industry experience is required; training is provided.

You will operate cremation equipment, package remains with care, and help create keepsakes while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. You will collaborate with teammates to reach daily production goals and assist with pick-ups/deliveries as needed, in an on-site role that values reliability and attention to

• On-site role at Gateway Care Center.
• Active position requiring standing, walking and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle when needed.
