Gateway Services Inc. in Eugene, OR is seeking an on-site Operational Team Member to handle cremation processing, packaging and memorial products with care and attention to detail.

No previous industry experience is required as training is provided; you will work with a supportive team to serve veterinary partners and grieving families, while benefiting from paid training and comprehensive benefits.

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
