Weyerhaeuser in Sutton, West Virginia, is seeking entry-level Operations Team Members for our Oriented Strand Board Mill. This full-time role offers a competitive starting wage with gainsharing opportunities and a robust benefits package, including 401K match and insurance options.

In this team-based position, you will operate manufacturing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to safety rules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to wear all required PPE.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to arrive to work at scheduled time.
• Industrial Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience in self directed team environment is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and use computers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily manufacturing equipment producing oriented strand board.
• Perform preventive maintenance and clean-up on equipment.
• Work effectively in a team environment and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in ongoing process improvements in the work area.
• Safely perform quality checks to ensure a quality product.
• May operate forklifts and other mobile equipment to manage product flow.
• Complete shift paperwork and recordkeeping.
• Attend team meetings and regular training sessions.
