Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operational Team Member for an on-site role in our Gateway Care Center. You will operate cremation equipment, process and package remains, and help create memorial keepsakes with care and respect.

You'll work with a supportive team to meet daily production goals, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and follow safety procedures. Training is provided; no prior industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• No previous industry experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
