  • Manages, develops, and leads the daily activities of multiple production teams.
  • Responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
  • Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.\
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

  • Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
  • Ensure Safety, training and coaching of employees, while meeting production, delivery and quality goals.
  • Creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment and leading continuous improvement activities in all aspects (safety, quality, productivity, etc.)
  • Engage with counterparts on 1st shift and support areas to ensure proper support is provided to the 2nd shift team.


Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience, range: $73,600-110,400. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
