Responsibilities

• Training and leading RGL operations employees in areas of safety, quality, productivity and positive employee relations.
• Continuous improvement approach to enhance desired business results and eliminate waste.
• Motivating the workforce with coaching, feedback, and recognition, and applying disciplinary actions if needed.
• Monitoring and maintaining warehouse operations systems (i.e., WMS, LMS, etc.).
• Scheduling and adjusting warehouse personnel to optimize service, productivity, and associate fulfillment.
• Approving time and attendance for employees.
• Following up timely on customer‑service related inquiries as needed.
• Following all safety rules and guidelines as it pertains to the position.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent direct work experience supervising people and processes.
