Responsibilities

• Lead a team and coordinate activities to achieve business goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
• Coach employees and monitor KPI awareness and performance.
• Allocate work based on resource planning and monitor throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate handover and communications to covering managers.
• Support client tours and new business activities.
• Provide support on operational reporting and SOP adherence.
• Lead teams on the warehouse floor and resolve issues with management.
