Overview

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee all branch operations and ensure an efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
2. Improve productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance.
3. Support the team with decisions, communicate effectively, participate within the team, problem solve, manage conflict, provide coaching/feedback, train new hires, and teach upselling techniques.
4. Ensure safety by operating vehicles responsibly, completing DOT documentation, following safe work practices, and taking ownership of safety for oneself, co-workers, and the public.
5. Support daily branch closing activities, driver reviews, and team meetings as needed.
6. Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching on effective upselling techniques.
7. Be available for route coverage and flexible work hours based on business needs.
8. Collaborate with the Operational Leader to develop and implement strategies for improved customer service.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
2. Ability to secure and maintain a Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsement is preferred.
3. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years), with no major driving offenses.
4. Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
5. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
6. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI is preferred.
