Position: Operations Team Leader

Salary Range: $65,680 - $89,911

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and influence the team through strong communication and positive example.
• Manage route drivers and deliveries, optimize branch activities, and improve results.
• Support team decisions, provide coaching, and train new hires.
• Ensure safety by operating vehicles responsibly and completing DOT documentation.
• Participate in daily branch closing activities, driver reviews, and team meetings.
• Drive sales by coaching on effective upselling techniques.
• Be flexible for route coverage and work hours based on business needs.
• Collaborate on strategies to enhance customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Preferably hold a Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years), no major offenses.
• Must be 21 or older (DOT requirement).
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Power BI is a plus.
