Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners seeks an Operations Systems Specialist to modernize workflows, connect multiple platforms, and drive AI-driven automation for a tax-focused CPA firm. You will own core operational processes, coordinate cross-platform tasks, and ensure timely client deliverables in a collaborative team that embraces innovation.

The role requires experience across software platforms, ERP exposure, and a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technology-driven role across multiple software platforms and systems.
• Comfort learning new technology quickly and applying AI to improve efficiency.
• Exposure to ERP systems and keeping systems/databases updated.

Responsibilities

• Own operational processes that keep the firm running efficiently (tax dept focus).
• Coordinate tax return process across software platforms.
• Manage client documents and keep workflow status updated across systems.
• Assemble tax returns for review and perform QC before filing.
• Monitor deadlines, extensions and client deliverables for timeliness.
• Serve as primary contact for client document requests and portals.
• Assist clients with uploads, portals and e-signature tools.
• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support onboarding of new clients and maintain data accuracy across platforms.
• Support ops leader with special projects to streamline firm operations.
