Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a motivated Advisor Functional Support to join our Operations Support Team in the United States. You will handle duties across multiple applications, provide end-user training, and manage incidents to improve performance and reduce risk.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience; CBAP is preferred. Expect travel to depots, on-call support, and a flexible benefits package in a regular full-time role based in US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 4+ years related experience; 7+ years if no degree; 6+ years without technical diploma.
• Strong communication, issue resolution, presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and work with IT/technical training.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, incident management, and troubleshooting for Operations, Asset Management, and Integrity applications.
• Act as a trusted functional support partner delivering end-user coaching and guidance on processes.
• Analyze integration issues, conduct root cause investigations, and provide metrics and recommendations.
• Support IT Operations projects through design, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Travel to Operations depots to provide on-site support and collaboration; offer on-call support.
