brobstongroup.com - Jobboard is seeking an Operations Support Associate to support day-to-day store operations in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining a well-organized stockroom, and assisting on the sales floor as needed.

The ideal candidate should have high-volume retail experience, effective communication skills, and be customer-focused. The position is adaptable to full-time or part-time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Back of house or similar high volume retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Detail oriented with ability to maintain organized stockroom and accurate inventory counts.
• Customer focused with ability to balance operational tasks and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and handle markups, markdowns, and tagging to meet units per hour goals.
• Inspect deliveries for damage, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor and tag placement.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and manage replenishment activities.
• Handle ship to home orders and store to store transfers.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels per company guidelines.
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Greet and assist customers and process sales transactions when on the sales floor.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training and company initiatives.
