Job summary

Key responsibilities include managing inventory, processing merchandise, maintaining control of supplies, and supporting loss prevention initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have relevant retail operations experience and strong time management and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with store leadership and other departments.

Qualifications

• Relevant retail operations experience preferred.
• Strong time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player able to partner with all departments and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 lbs, climb a ladder as trained, operate a register and stand for multiple hours.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation, counts, transfers, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards.
• Maintain stock room, supplies, office, and grooming product control.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures.
