Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering patient care and hands-on training in a supportive environment. You will greet patients, assist clinicians with scheduling, and help prepare treatment areas and equipment.

The role emphasizes patient support, progress monitoring, and guiding patients through prescribed home exercise programs in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration, and assist with scheduling.

Qualifications

Required

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Preferred

• Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
• Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
