As an Operations Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting short-term needs at fulfillment centers, ensuring performance across safety, productivity, inventory, and customer experience metrics. You’ll collaborate with site and regional leaders to implement best practices, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with site leadership to execute action plans that improve safety, engagement, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement and reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process rollouts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.
  • Conduct quality audits and address issues to maintain product standards.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulations.
  • Support recruitment and resource planning to meet strategic goals.
  • Use data analysis tools to identify trends and recommend improvements.

What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations and people leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% and meet PPE requirements.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and warehouse management systems (e.g., HighJump/Koerber) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
  • People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
