Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a skilled operations professional for an on-site role in Windsor Locks, CT. You will develop and monitor recovery plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive actions to recover delivery schedules for complex programs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on SAP/ERP experience. Lean and supply chain experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or engineering experience.
• Strong Communication skills.
• SAP knowledge and ERP systems experience.
• Supply chain experience and lean manufacturing exposure.
• Aerospace/Defense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain product-specific recovery plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve constraints impacting delivery.
• Assess production readiness, capacity, and risk, and converting findings into actionable activities.
• Daily monitor progress against recovery commitments, including escalation of risks and critical issues.
• Consolidate operational data into Buyer-standard recovery decks, Line of Balance trackers, and WIP trackers.
• Utilization of Buyer-standard ERP tools (e.g., SAP), tracking systems, and reporting tools to complete required Services.
• Drive detailed actions, collaborating with the customer sites to recover delivery schedules for the programs
• Periodic interface with internal and external customers’ location, including PMRs and follow-ups with supply chain leaders

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring

• SAP knowledge


• Supply chain experience


• Production Control concepts, including WIP management LOB and TAKT


• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and concepts


• Prior Aerospace Defense experience preferred

Pay Range

$68,000 - $72,000 a year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements

This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.


• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
