Job Title: Operations Support – Patient Outreach & Engagement

Work Location: 100% remote

Duration: 12 months on W2 contract

Work Shift: 1st shift, morning preferred. Candidates must reside in Mountain or Pacific time zones. This is a contract position, not full-time, with potential to move to full-time (40 hours/week).

Notes from Manager: Candidates should have call center experience, strong Excel skills, and a background in Customer Service.

Job Description

Join our operations team to monitor and support patient outreach and engagement efforts within the Caption Care platform. You'll help enhance call center scheduling processes, contribute to platform improvements, and ensure efficient patient engagement workflows.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
