Job summary

Eurofins Agroscience Services in Columbia, MO is seeking a temporary, full-time Operations Support Lab Technician to join the Sample Milling team.

You will track materials, log in IDs, and ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP, CGMP, and USDA/EPA/DOT regulations while maintaining records. The role offers flexible hours and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College lab classes or familiarity with lab environment preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Uses software to track receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and archiving of test materials.
• Receives, creates IDs, logs-in, and stores materials upon receipt.
• Moves materials between departments and maintains proper paperwork.
• Returns, disposes of, or archives materials at study finalization.
• Ensures SOPs, GLP, CGMP, and regulations (USDA, DOT, EPA, MDNR, OSHA, FDA, etc.) for quarantined matrices and samples are followed.
• Maintains accurate and legible required documentation.
• Performs routine calibration of balances.
• Assists in unloading trucks and storing materials appropriately

Eurofins EAG Agroscience, LLC (EAS) is seeking a temporary, full time Operations Support Lab Technician to work with our Sample Milling team in Columbia, MO.

Job Description

Operations Support Lab Technician responsibilities include

• Uses appropriate software applications to track receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and/or archiving of test materials.
• Receives, creates IDs, logs-in, and stores materials upon receipt.
• Moves or transfers materials from one department to another. Checks materials in and out as requested by study personnel. Maintains proper paperwork.
• Returns, disposes of, or archives materials at study finalization.
• Ensures all current SOPs, Good Laboratory Practices, Current Good Manufacturing Processes (CGMP), and/or relevant regulations (USDA, DOT, EPA, MDNR, OSHA, FDA, etc.) for quarantined matrices; genetically altered crops, and all materials/samples are followed.
• Maintains accurate and legible required documentation.
• Performs routine tasks for calibration of balances.
• Assists in unloading trucks and storing materials appropriately
