Swift Transportation is seeking support staff to assist drivers during evenings and weekends, ensuring loads are delivered safely and on time. You will coordinate dispatch of drivers, trucks, and trailers, and resolve issues within authorized limits. Strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. This role emphasizes safety, timely problem solving, and collaboration with drivers to maintain operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous driving experience and/or operations, and/or customer experience required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work in high pressure situations.
• Must possess strong problem solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range

$18.82 - $22.00 Hourly
