Job summary

Bingham Ag Services LLC seeks an Operations Support Associate to assist daily operations, safety, deliveries, and maintenance. The role includes handling inventories, supporting shop and warehouse tasks, and delivering chemicals with CDL credentials.

The ideal candidate has farming or agronomy experience, capability to obtain forklift and Hazmat certifications, and a willingness to learn our systems and pesticide practices.

Qualifications

• One or more years experience in farming, agronomy, or an associated industry.
• Able to obtain forklift certification.
• Able to pass Hazmat certification process and obtain CDL as needed.
• Willing to obtain Commercial Pesticide License as needed.
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to learn company systems and processes.
• Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and field operations.
• Set up service and load/unload inventories; log them as necessary.
• Assist in shop and warehouse as needed.
• Conduct chemical deliveries (CDL) and maintain delivery records.
• Perform equipment and facility maintenance and upkeep.
• Carry out safety inspections and complete internal paperwork.

Bingham Ag Services is currently seeking an Operations Support Associate. This position supports daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functions through a wide range of tasks including safety, delivery (CDL Truck and products) housekeeping, maintenance, and onsite/offsite customer support and services.The Sales Operations Support Associate will primarily be focused on:Operations & Field SupportSetup serviceLoad and unload inventories and log them as necessary.Assist in shop and warehouse as needed.Chemical deliveries (CDL).Equipment & Facility MaintenanceAssist as directed in the upkeep of company equipment.Continuous cleaning of the work area, to include but not limited to product drips and minor spills.Safety & DocumentationAccurately complete all internal paperwork and forms as required.Perform safety inspections.The preferred candidate for the Operations Support Associate will have the following:One or more years experience in farming, agronomy, or an associated industry.Able to obtain Company forklift certification.Able to learn company systems and processes.Able to pass HAZMAT certification process and obtain CDL as neededWilling to obtain Commercial Pesticide License as neededStrong customer service skillsAble to learn company systems and processesWilling to learn and apply sound agronomic practicesAdheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
