Job summary

Landus Ag is seeking an Operations Associate specializing in agronomy operations to help efficiently handle, store, and distribute fertilizer, seeds, and crop protection products. You will operate equipment, maintain facilities, manage inventory, and deliver excellent service to farmer-owners and customers.

Some locations may require travel to support operations and housekeeping duties. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and responsive customer service in a hands-on farm supply environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL with applicable endorsements or be able to obtain one.
• Ability to unload bulk and packaged products and pump bulk chemicals into customer tanks.
• Strong commitment to safety and housekeeping in a farm supply environment.

About the Role

As an Operations Associate specializing agronomy operations, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of fertilizer, seeds and crop protection products. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment, maintaining facilities, assisting with inventory management, and providing excellent service to our farmer-owners and customers. This role may include traveling to locations to support operations and maintain housekeeping duties.

Requirements

Licenses:

Must have a Class A CDL with applicable endorsements or be able to obtain one, if applicable to the location. This position requires the safe operation of a motor vehicle to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must meet the qualifications set forth in the company’s vehicle safety policy. Failure to meet these qualifications could result in removal from this position.
