Job summary

SABG is seeking an Operations Support Analyst (Intermediate) - Asset Management to support the Missile Defense Agency across programmatic and operational efforts, including fielding and readiness. The role emphasizes asset management processes, coordination with MDA elements, and Alaska region support to maximize weapon system readiness.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ missile defense experience, with strong planning, communication, and cyber-security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ operational experience in the missile defense industry.
• Experience with military operational concepts and integration/fielding of complex weapon systems.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and develop high-level policy and operational documents.
• Cyber-security considerations impact operations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MDS asset management process and publish daily WAM updates.
• Review and approve EOWs and SCRs; tailor applications for Homeland, Global, and Theater MDS.
• Maintain training for the global asset management community and coordinate with GM/CCMD reps.
• Develop weekly event reports and manage major software installations and MILCON projects.
• Provide action officer support for internal MDA taskers and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate with Alaska regional assets to maximize GMD Weapon System readiness.
