Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support for our Home Delivery segment to oversee the daily execution of high-volume delivery operations, ensuring goods move from our facility to the customer’s front door with safety and on-time performance.

You will monitor delivery teams, report on performance, resolve customer issues with empathy, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Daily Execution: Monitor delivery teams to ensure 100% completion of the daily schedule. Answering calls as situations arise.
• Performance Management: Monitoring and reporting delivery team performance.
• Customer Advocacy: Resolving customer issues with speed and empathy. Escalating when necessary.
• Daily Reporting: Accurately completing a series of reports daily pertaining to operations and performance.

As the Operations Support for our Home Delivery segment, you will be the driving force behind our "last mile" success. You will oversee the daily execution of high-volume delivery operations, ensuring that goods move seamlessly from our facility to the customer’s front door. Problem-solving to ensure every delivery is safe, on time, and exceeds customer expectations.

Pay Range

$65,000 - $70,000

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
