Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Tyler, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support daily store readiness and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and requires ability to coach associates, manage shipping and inventory, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Salary: $16.75

Maximum Salary: $20.10
