Savage in Morenci, AZ is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Operations Manager with scheduling, safety initiatives, and facility maintenance. You will help ensure safe handling of molten sulfur and coordinate logistics, customer engagement, and team development.

The role requires coordinating shifts, managing load schedules, and supervising inventory while upholding Savage’s safety standards and service commitments. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety programs and asset coordination in a logistics/transload environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program implementation and drive zero-accident culture.
• Optimize load schedules by managing assets, headcount, and customer needs.
• Monitor inventory and inform management of potential issues.
• Serve as primary contact for customer and driver inquiries and resolutions.
• Oversee boiler and equipment maintenance and daily inspections.
• Coordinate transfers of liquid bulk chemicals and ensure proper housekeeping.
