Evergen in Alachua, FL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead hourly staff, manage shift coverage, and drive safety, quality, and production metrics.

You will collaborate with the Operations Management Team to optimize workflows, ensure timely product launches, and maintain a strong safety culture. Requires 2+ years in the functional area and 0-2 years of leadership, HS diploma, and relevant certifications preferred. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), medical/dental/vision.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in the functional area.
• 0-2 years of leadership experience.
• AATB CTBS preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, QMS, and ERP software.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises hourly staff, including scheduling and PTO approval, hiring, training, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Evaluates overall team performance and creates/document team metrics.
• Interfaces with Operations Management on production needs and performance.
• Ensures operations are performed safely and conducts safety audits.
• Drives containment and investigates non-conformances using data analysis.
• Sets priorities to meet production commitments with input from planning.
• Oversees training and adherence to SOPs; ensures tools and equipment are available.
• Assists with new product launches and front-line quality checks.
• Supports continuous improvement of output and cycle time with engineers.
