Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operational activities of skilled employees in a designated department
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Make hiring recommendations and assist with personnel management
- Monitor workflow from vendors and ensure accuracy of data in order requests
- Implement best practices and develop performance standards for effective vendor management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in operations
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Proficient in MS Office with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the title and escrow industry
- Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
