Job summary

Olympia Development Parking is seeking a Night Parking Supervisor to oversee the parking staff during night shifts. You will supervise up to 20 colleagues, handle revenues, direct traffic, and ensure lots are secured and closed as required.

The role requires reading and applying safety rules, writing routine reports, and communicating effectively with customers and team members. Experience in sports/entertainment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills for handling money and measuring quantities.

**Job Summary:** Supervises the parking staff and operation at night when the manager and assistant manager are not on duty. **Key Responsibilities:** • include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Supervise staff. • Handle parking fees. • Direct traffic. • Collect revenues and write out daily report. • Lock and close lots. • Directly supervises 20 colleagues in the Parking Department. • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training colleagues; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining colleagues; addressing complaints and resolving problems. **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
