Job summary

Danfoss GmbH in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead site manufacturing activities, driving safety, cost, quality and delivery targets while optimizing resources and ensuring a quality product is produced on schedule.

You will develop staffing plans, manage daily escalations, drive KPI performance, apply HR guidelines, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen and lean methods.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or similar leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans using capacity and load targets.
• Daily management of escalation and problem solving with support resources.
• Drive plant KPIs through accountability of self and team.
• Execute performance management processes within HR guidelines.
