Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking an Operations Supervisor to guide store readiness, oversee shipment, replenishment, and inventory, and support safety and compliance. Reports to Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

As a values-based leader, you will coach associates, model company policy, manage daily tasks, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities scale with store size and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
