The Operations Supervisor is responsible for all areas of operations and requires involvement in the oversight, approval and planning processes in the areas of Receiving, Pick and Pack, Orders Verification, Shipping, Returns and Staffing. Communicate the job expectations and monitor their progress by coaching, counseling and enforcing systems, policies and procedures and administer disciplinary action when appropriate.This position is from 5:00pm to 3:30am - Tuesday through Friday.

Essential Job Functions

• Create/Maintain an environment that brings out our employees best efforts
• Accountable for warehouse operations; introduce and expand operation practice across the business to significantly improve productivity, quality, and profitability
• Participate in the strategic planning process of operations
• Identification, analysis, and correction of problems
• Develop/Maintain SOP's
• Coordinate warehouse schedules and operations with the Operations Manager
• Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client SLA’s
• Evaluate employee performance, recommendations, promotions and/or merit increases
• Develop/Maintain client specific KPI's
• Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision
