AMS Fulfillment is seeking an Operations Supervisor who values teamwork and productivity. This full-time role involves managing warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, and developing standard operating procedures. Ideal candidates will have warehouse management experience and a proactive mindset in improving operations.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for all areas of operations and requires involvement in the oversight, approval and planning processes in the areas of Receiving, Pick and Pack, Orders Verification, Shipping, Returns and Staffing. Communicate the job expectations and monitor their progress by coaching, counseling and enforcing systems, policies and procedures and administer disciplinary action when appropriate.This position is from 5:00pm to 3:30am - Tuesday through Friday.
