Job description

As the Operations Supervisor, you are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by driving store merchandise in-stocks, supervising and engaging Operations associates, and executing operational tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service & Sales: Maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, directing the team, working with all the latest merchandise, and resolving customer issues professionally.
  2. Store Operations: Assisting with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate in-stock information, overseeing RFID processes, managing pricing and signage, and leading re-ticketing and re-packaging.
  3. Stockroom & General Operations: Managing stockroom processes, safety initiatives, facility equipment, and logistics including receiving and shipping with third-party carriers.
  4. Team Development: Training and developing associates, coaching in the moment, addressing performance issues, and ensuring policy compliance.
  5. Performance Standards: Meeting standards related to shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling, engagement, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
