Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store readiness and execute shipments, replenishment, and stock organization in a fast-paced retail environment. Reports to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
You will lead by example, coaching associates, maintaining visual standards, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless store operations. This role requires 1–2 years of retail experience and the ability to work nights and weekends.
