We currently need an Operations Supervisor at our CVG Airport facility in Erlanger, Kentucky. This 3rd shift position will be responsible for establishing and executing policies and procedures to manage cargo within, into, and out of the Hub, ensuring processes meet customer and internal requirements efficiently and safely.

Key Accountabilities

1. Manage and coordinate Hub operational activities for safe, timely, and cost-effective shipment processing.
2. Implement and oversee quality control across operational areas.
3. Ensure compliance with DHL policies, procedures, standards, and government regulations.
4. Maintain records related to volume, damages, safety incidents, and productivity.
5. Coordinate with systems operations, flight control, maintenance, security, customs, and other relevant departments for efficient Hub operation.
6. Supervise loading/unloading of trucks, trailers, air containers, or airline pallets.
7. Oversee handling of non-conforming and dangerous goods cargo according to proper procedures.
8. Supervise 15-25 staff; responsible for hiring, coaching, and development.
9. Work schedule includes 3rd shift.

Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or warehouse fields.
• BS/BA degree preferred; supervisory experience advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Language: Fluent English

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Travel: Less than 15%
