Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness and day-to-day operations. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and focuses on execution, inventory control, and exceptional customer experiences.
You will oversee shipments, replenishment, stock organization, and safety compliance while coaching associates and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
