The role collaborates with sales, enforces HSE policies, conducts safety audits, mentors staff, and works with upper management to improve productivity and respond to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations experience in chemical distribution.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT compliance.
• HazMat or HazWoper certification a plus.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including transportation, warehouse and tank farm.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and training documentation.
• Support sales while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Lead safety audits and incident investigations.
• Manage budget and operating plans to meet branch goals.
• Supervise staff and conduct pre-shift meetings.
