Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking a supervisor to oversee facility operations, implement policies, and plan use of materials and human resources to meet business needs. You will lead daily activities, manage distribution, and support client operations to optimize costs.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 1–5 years of relevant experience, with strong numeracy and documentation skills. Prefer candidates with a College degree and logistics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead and motivate subordinate staff, reviews, and assesses performance, supports their professional development to optimize their contribution.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.

• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.

• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.

• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.

ADDITIONAL INFO
