ADMA Biologics in Goose Creek, SC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations responsible for overseeing plasma collection center activities, training staff, and ensuring compliant production and QA processes. You will certify and become a preceptor in each work area, supervise donor flow, audits, and daily operations, while maintaining a safe, efficient, and donor-friendly environment for both donors and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level management position with minimal experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of donor service and employee activities within assigned areas.
• Ensure staff training and competency per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor donor flow and adjust to meet center time-in-center goals.
• Perform lookbacks, audits, data tracking, and process-flow evaluations.
• Collaborate with QA to address errors and ensure cGMP and customer requirements.
