Job Description:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and support, promoting inclusion and belonging.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cultivating a safety-conscious culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide reports and analysis, and suggest improvements.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration among leadership and staff to promote transparency and teamwork.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• At least 1 year of operations experience in a supervisory or management role, preferred.
• Logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Skills in staff management, workload planning, and organizational tasks, preferred.
