Position Details

This is for the B shift supervisor position: Sun-Tuesday 5pm to 5am and Wednesdays 5pm to 11pm.

Role Overview

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities include implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations, leading frontline associates, fostering a safe and productive work environment, and driving overall success. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in contract logistics.

With over 500 facilities and more than 50,000 associates, DHL Supply Chain North America operates across over 150 million square feet of warehouse space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching and support while promoting inclusion and belonging.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safety-conscious culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, providing reports and analysis to management with recommendations for improvement.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to enhance transparency and teamwork.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of operations experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred).
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
• Skills in staff management, workload planning, and organizational skills (preferred).
