Responsibilities

• Supervises operations of multiple stands or premium spaces; assists team members and maintains safe environment.
• Greets and assists guests; answers questions and helps with needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing; ensures product control and inventory handling.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety guidelines.
• Processes refunds and guest recovery actions; escalates to management when needed.
• Trains and coaches other hourly team members in functions, policies, and safety standards.
