As one of North America's fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies, we are seeking an Operations Supervisor - C CREW.

C Crew Hours: Friday and Saturday from 6am to 4:30pm; Sunday and Monday from 6pm to 4:30am.

Summary:

Manage shipping and receiving systems, supervise CMA personnel, monitor operations of CMA equipment and systems, and ensure safety, health, and environmental policies are followed. Coordinate activities with other departments, implement cleanliness programs, and assist with plant improvements and expansions.

• Coordinate and monitor shipments leaving Comprehensive Logistics.
• Assist in training Material Movement Team Members.
• Plan, assign, and direct work activities.
• Evaluate the performance of team members.
• Handle employee rewards, discipline, complaints, and problem resolution.
• Participate in multidisciplinary problem-solving teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Responsible for on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with dock safety procedures.
• Ensure timely shipment of materials and determine the need for Hot Shot shipments, initiating the Five Alarm Process as needed.
• Verify that commodity distribution meets customer requirements.
• Monitor labor and material flow in shipping processes.
• Make decisions regarding Hot Shot shipments and coordinate accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping/receiving (required).
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience (required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
