Responsibilities

• Lead multiple production teams in decontamination and decommissioning work.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective task execution and schedules.
• Oversee subcontracted crafts and provide strong leadership oversight.
• Ensure compliance with NRC, OSHA, waste management and nuclear operations standards.
• Set priorities and resolve complex operational issues.

Pay: $86,000 - $136,000

The base salary range for this position in at the start of employment is expected to be between $86,000 and $136,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unlessemployed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement. Thecompany further reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionarypayment, compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and other market factors.

Position Overview:

The Operations supervisor manages the daily activities of multiple production teams performing complex decontamination and decommissioning work. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective execution of tasks while meeting project schedules. This position oversees and provides leadership oversite to subcontracted craft teams, and ensures compliance with nuclear operations, criticality controls, waste management requirements, OSHA safety standards, and NRC regulations. The supervisor sets work priorities, resolves complex operational issues, and directly influences the quality and performance of all assigned teams.

Required Qualifications:
