Pentair Management Company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Delavan, WI team. In this full-time position, you will lead second shift fabrication departments, focusing on safety, quality, and production. Responsibilities include supervising employees, managing performance issues, and achieving sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong leadership skills to communicate and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support employees in respective work areas.
• Achieve improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Cash.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Leadership for goal achievement.
• Lead kaizen events supporting value stream strategies.
