Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and mentor a team of associates. The role emphasizes coaching, performance improvement, and adherence to quality policies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime. A logistics degree and ISO/AS9100 exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment is a plus.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience is a plus.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
