Job summary

United Rentals is hiring an Operations Supervisor in the United States. You will coordinate and direct the delivery of quality service to maximize branch productivity, working with the Branch Manager to ensure safety, performance, and Rental Flow efficiency.

You’ll coach staff, monitor metrics, and support sales and customer service to deliver world-class service. Responsibilities include processing quotations, reservations and contracts, driving profitability, and ensuring staff training and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.
• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items and coaching staff.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts in compliance with policies.
• Promote safety and discipline through leadership and communication.
• Open/close duties and cash handling as needed.
