Job summary

CMC in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee plant operations, including shipping and receiving. This role is critical to ensuring a high standard of safety and product quality.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise activities of the plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental
• Assist in controlling inventory dollars and tons by meeting company inventory turn standards
• Help Operations Manager maintain an accurate inventory with no losses due to fraud, poor quality control or operational or accounting practices
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Plant Manager to ensure successful accomplishment of plant goals
• Maintain familiarity with safety and environmental concerns
