The Vollrath Company in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing fabrication team. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while engaging employees to reach production goals.
You will coach a 10–25 person hourly workforce, cultivate a collaborative culture, run regular team meetings, and empower team members to own their work. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
