We are committed to providing extraordinary service to our customers, helping our employees improve, supporting our communities, and increasing the value of the company for our shareholders.****Position Overview****This position is responsible for managing the operations, including safety and maintenance, and directing employees at assigned facility.****Key Responsibilities***** Maintain and document the operations of the facility through proper and timely maintenance of equipment and daily housekeeping* Select, train, develop and evaluate performance of staff* Lead the facility safety programs including safety committee meetings, safety training, and exposure and root cause analysis investigations* Assist with projecting annual goals and develop annual operating expense and capital budgets.
